Our cloud platform is built using leading, high performance technology. It uses HP Servers running VMware’s vSphere ESXi visualization solution, and your server has 100% SSD storage, within SolidFire Storage Arrays. Load Balancing is via F5 Big-IP Load Balancers.
Snapshots
Capture a virtual machine’s status and restore it at any time, or partially merge it with current changes. Up to 3 days (free).
Images
Schedule cloud server copies daily or weekly (up to 50 stored images): e.g. keep the last 50 days and restore any to a new server when needed (storage payable).
Clones
- Duplicate any chosen server for easy scaling (copy it as many times as you need).
- Arrangement: Leading Tech – Snapshot – Images – Clones respectively write up as footnote .
All-inclusive security
Create custom firewall policies and assign them to one or more servers. Private networks (VLAN) allow multiple virtual machines to communicate on a network without public internet access.
Plesk and cPanel
Great for designers and developers, both of these control panel options allow you to host multiple websites and easily manage the various aspects of website and server administration. Licences for cPanel or Parallels Plesk 12.5 (with unlimited domains) can be added to your server inside the Cloud Panel.
Monitoring
Nagios-based monitoring is integrated into Cloud Panel, giving you control over system resources, network traffic and even individual ports. Clear graphical representation of server performance data is provided to quantify the impact of traffic spikes, avert slowdowns and identify when upgrades are needed.
Operating systems and databases

Cloud Professional Service Levels
SERVICE LEVEL-1
If you have lost your administrator/root password there is no need to worry; we are able to fix this for you. Or if your server behaves in an unexpected way, and the root cause falls outside our inclusive support, we can investigate log files for you to point out what may be wrong. We can also help you with things such as adding whitelists or the installation of any additional PHP modules you might need (for example mcrypt), and make other Control Panel changes. Furthermore, we can make minor tweaks to your server configuration to ensure tip-top performance. Other jobs we can do for you include; clearing old log files, removing old kernels or the safe removal of unwanted software in order to claim back free disk space on your servers.
SERVICE LEVEL-2
In Tier 2 we can install and configure common software such as Apache, PHP and MySQL. We are also able to install SSL capability. Other work we can do for you includes the installation of features such as cPanel, Plesk and MailEnable. To get you going we will do an initial setup, such as creating your first subscription and adding a valid hostname but under this tier file transfer or migration is not included. Tier 2 can also include the replacement of a faulty disk + caddy or to increase storage space through the creation of LVM Extensions. We are also able to install and configure ClamAV/MalDet to provide you daily email reports. As part of IT Operational tasks, if technically possible, we are able to restore a mailbox or web content on shared platforms.
PROF SERVICE LEVEL-3
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, such as lost disk partitions, we can try a “Testdisk” restore for you (although there is no guarantee of success) we will apply our knowledge and experience and it is in many cases worth the effort. Tier 3 can also include the initial setup of a machine without using cPanel or Plesk (Apache, IIS, PHP, MySQL, ftp, DNS settings, hostname and rDNS). For more complex software, installation can be quoted on a per-item basis part of our Tier 4 option.
PROF SERVICE LEVEL-4
There are always certain projects that have very specific needs and require a tailored approach. This is why we have created a fourth tier for bespoke services.
